My Career in IT and Customer Service industry started 11 years ago, and in my 8 years of management I have worked with and represented various fortune 500 companies including Microsoft, Cisco, Hewlett - Packard, DELL, Capital One, American Express, Verizon Wireless, and BELL Canada.

I am known as someone who gets the job done and gets it done well. I am very strategic and focus on immediate priorities without losing sight of long term objectives. I put a great deal of value in my team and have a track record of motivating, developing, and career pathing each member of my team.
